Moonshine & The Po’Boys

A regular at New Orleans’ iconic Mardi Gras festival, restaurateur Tim Lau channels the spirit of Southern Louisiana to Moonshine & The Po’Boys on Sun Street. On the menu are classics like juicy fried chicken, succulent seafood boils, barbecue dishes, and its namesake po’ boys – a hot sandwich with tender helpings of roast beef, shrimp, oysters, pulled pork and crab, topped with green apple coleslaw and cranberry marmalade.
